Field-based role (live within reasonable distance of Tucson, AZ and surrounding areas). Reporting to the Senior District Manager, the Clinical Account Executive (CAE) is the strategic leader of their territory, improving patient outcomes and advancing Multiple Myeloma brand objectives and business goals.

Key Accountabilities / Core Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
- Deliver disciplined, accountable, results-driven sales execution (strong preference for Multiple Myeloma experience).
- Think strategically about customers, key accounts, and market dynamics; prioritize opportunities to maximize sustainable impact.
- Translate strategy into focused action; balance urgency with discipline.
- Rapidly learn complex scientific/clinical/business concepts and apply them in customer environments.
- Communicate complex clinical and business concepts clearly.
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
- Demonstrate deep scientific/clinical expertise in compliant, customer-focused engagements.
- Partner cross-functionally for coordinated customer experiences.
- Use data/customer insights/business analytics to optimize territory performance.
- Maintain high standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism.
- Complete required training and adhere to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
- Meet HCIR credentialing requirements (may include background checks, drug screens, and proof of immunization).

Qualifications (Required):
- 5+ years pharma/biotech sales.
- Oncology/hematology experience required (preferably Multiple Myeloma).
- Competitive selling skills; strong collaboration.
- Excellent organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Persistency/grit.
- Driving personal or company vehicle; valid driverโ€™s license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
- Regular business travel (air or car).

Preferred:
- Experience in Multiple Myeloma/hematologic malignancies.
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- Account Management experience.
- Specialty Pharmacy experience.
- Healthcare/patient or consulting healthcare experience.
- People management/leadership.
- MBA or advanced degree.
