Clinical Account Executive (CAE) β Field-based (live within reasonable distance of San Antonio, McAllen, Corpus Christi, Laredo, Brownwood, New Braunfels, and surrounding areas)
Responsibilities / Key Accountabilities:
- Serve as strategic leader of territory; improve patient outcomes and advance Multiple Myeloma brand objectives and business goals.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
- Deliver deep scientific/clinical, compliant, customer-focused engagements; partner cross-functionally for coordinated customer experiences.
- Translate strategy into focused action; execute with precision.
- Evaluate territory performance using data/customer insights/analytics to optimize execution.
- Maintain highest integrity, compliance, and professionalism; complete required training and adhere to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
- Meet health care industry representative credentialing requirements (e.g., background checks, drug screens, proof of immunization).
Qualifications (Required):
- 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech.
- Oncology/hematology experience, preferably Multiple Myeloma.
- Competitive selling skills; organizational/analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative team orientation; persistence/grit.
- Ability to drive (personal or company vehicle); valid driverβs license; pass pre-employment drug screen.
- Regular business travel required.
Preferred:
- Multiple Myeloma/hematologic malignancies experience; specialty pharmacy.
- Bachelorβs degree; Account Management.
- Healthcare/patient or consulting experience; people management/leadership.
- MBA or advanced degree.
