Clinical Account Executive (CAE) β€” Field-based

Key Accountabilities/Core Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
- Demonstrate deep scientific and clinical expertise while delivering compliant, customer-focused engagements.
- Partner effectively with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
- Continuously evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to optimize execution.
- Maintain the highest standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism in every customer interaction.
- Complete required training and maintain adherence to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
- Continuously develop clinical, business, and leadership capabilities.
- Meet health care industry representative credentialing requirements to gain entry into assigned facilities/organizations (may include background checks, drug screens, and proof of immunization/vaccination).

Qualifications:
- 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech.
- Oncology/hematology experience required; preferably Multiple Myeloma.
- Desire and ability to take on larger roles faster than peers.
- Competitive selling skills.
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Persistency and grit with a strong track record in challenging environments.
- Ability to drive a personal auto or company car/truck; valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
- Business travel by air or car regularly required.

Preferred:
- Experience in Multiple Myeloma or hematologic malignancies.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Account management experience.
- Specialty Pharmacy experience.
- Healthcare industry experience (working with patients or consulting).
- People management/leadership experience.
- MBA or other advanced degree.
