Clinical Account Executive (CAE) β€” Field-based (candidates should live within a reasonable distance of the primary city; territory covers all of Maine and New Hampshire).

Reporting to the Senior District Manager, the CAE serves as the strategic leader of their territory, combining clinical expertise, strategic account planning, and business acumen to improve outcomes for patients (including Multiple Myeloma brand objectives and business goals). Builds trusted customer partnerships and collaborates across the oncology ecosystem to create long-term value.

Key Accountabilities/Core Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
- Demonstrate deep scientific and clinical expertise while delivering compliant, customer-focused engagements.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
- Evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to optimize execution.
- Maintain integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
- Complete required training and maintain adherence to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
- Continuously develop clinical, business, and leadership capabilities.
- Meet health care industry representative credentialing requirements (may include background checks, drug screens, and proof of immunization/vaccination).

Qualifications:
- 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech.
- Oncology/hematology experience required; preferably Multiple Myeloma.
- Competitive selling skills.
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative, team environment.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Driving: personal auto or company car/truck; valid driver’s license; ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
- Business travel (air or car) regularly required.

Preferred:
- Experience in Multiple Myeloma or hematologic malignancies.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Account Management experience.
- Specialty Pharmacy experience.
- Healthcare industry experience.
- People management/leadership experience.
- MBA or other advanced degree.
