This role is field-based. Candidates should live within a reasonable distance from the primary city (geography covers all of Maine and New Hampshire).

Reporting to the Senior District Manager, the Clinical Account Executive (CAE) serves as the strategic leader of their territory to improve outcomes for patients and advance Multiple Myeloma brand objectives and business goals.

Key Accountabilities / Core Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
- Demonstrate deep scientific and clinical expertise in compliant, customer-focused engagements.
- Partner with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
- Continuously evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics.
- Maintain high standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism in every customer interaction.
- Complete all required training and maintain adherence to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
- Continuously develop clinical, business, and leadership capabilities.
- Meet health care industry representative credentialing requirements for facility access (may include background checks, drug screens, and proof of immunization/vaccination).

Qualifications:
- 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech.
- Oncology/hematology experience required; preferably Multiple Myeloma.
- Competitive selling skills; collaborative team mindset.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Driving a personal auto or company vehicle; valid driverโ€™s license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
- Regular business travel (air or car) required.

Preferred:
- Experience in Multiple Myeloma/hematologic malignancies.
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- Account Management, Specialty Pharmacy, healthcare industry (patients/consulting), people management/leadership, MBA/advanced degree.
