Field-based Clinical Account Executive (CAE) serving Newark, Paterson, Jersey City, West Milford, Sparta, Blairstown, and surrounding areas.
Key Accountabilities / Core Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
- Deliver compliant, customer-focused engagements using deep scientific and clinical expertise.
- Partner with cross-functional colleagues to coordinate customer experiences.
- Continuously evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics.
- Maintain integrity, compliance, and professionalism in every customer interaction.
- Complete required training and adhere to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
- Meet health care industry representative credentialing requirements (may include background checks, drug screens, proof of immunization/vaccination).
Qualifications (Required):
- 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech.
- Oncology/hematology experience required; preferably Multiple Myeloma.
- Competitive selling skills; ability to work collaboratively.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Driving a personal auto or company car/truck; valid driverโs license; pass pre-employment drug screening; meet safe driving requirements.
- Regular business travel (air or car).
Preferred:
- Experience in Multiple Myeloma/hematologic malignancies; Bachelorโs degree.
- Account management; Specialty Pharmacy; healthcare/patient or consulting experience.
- People management/leadership; MBA or advanced degree.
