Clinical Account Executive (CAE) β€” field-based; candidates should live within a reasonable distance of Atlanta/Macon/Albany, GA and surrounding areas.

Key Accountabilities/Core Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as strategic leader of territory; improve outcomes for patients and advance Multiple Myeloma brand objectives and business goals.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
- Deliver compliant, customer-focused engagements using deep scientific/clinical expertise.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
- Evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to optimize execution.
- Maintain integrity, compliance, and professionalism; complete required AbbVie training and adhere to company policies/OEC/Legal procedures.
- Meet healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements (may include background checks, drug screens, and immunization/vaccination proof).

Qualifications (Required):
- 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech.
- Oncology/hematology experience required; preferably Multiple Myeloma.
- Competitive selling skills; strong collaboration.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
- Driving required (personal or company vehicle); regular business travel required.

Preferred:
- Experience in Multiple Myeloma/hematologic malignancies; bachelor’s degree.
- Account management; specialty pharmacy; healthcare/patient or consulting experience.
- People management/leadership; MBA or advanced degree.
