This role is field-based. Candidates should live within a reasonable distance of the primary city (Albany, NY north to the Canadian border; all of Vermont; Springfield, MA; Worcester, MA; and surrounding areas).

Reporting to the Senior District Manager, the Clinical Account Executive (CAE) serves as strategic leader of their territory, improving outcomes for patients and advancing Multiple Myeloma brand objectives and business goals.

Key Accountabilities/Core Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
- Deliver compliant, customer-focused engagements using deep scientific and clinical expertise.
- Partner effectively with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
- Evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics; optimize execution.
- Maintain integrity, compliance, and professionalism in every customer interaction.
- Complete all required training and maintain adherence to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
- Continuously develop clinical, business, and leadership capabilities.
- Meet HCIR credentialing requirements for facility access (may include background checks, drug screens, and proof of immunization/vaccination).

Qualifications:
- 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech.
- Oncology/hematology experience required; preferably Multiple Myeloma.
- Competitive selling skills; collaborative team environment.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driverโ€™s license; pass pre-employment drug screening; safe driving requirements.
- Driving personal or company vehicle; business travel regularly required.

Preferred:
- Experience in Multiple Myeloma or hematologic malignancies.
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- Account management; Specialty Pharmacy; healthcare industry/patient or consulting experience.
- People management/leadership; MBA/advanced degree.
