Clinical Account Executive (CAE) β Field-based (live within reasonable distance of Albany; territory includes Albany, all of Vermont, and parts of MA).
Responsibilities:
- Serve as strategic leader for territory; advance Multiple Myeloma brand objectives and business goals.
- Develop and execute territory business plan aligned to brand strategy and local customer needs.
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
- Deliver compliant, customer-focused engagements using deep scientific/clinical expertise.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
- Use data, customer insights, and analytics to evaluate performance and optimize execution.
- Maintain highest standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism; complete required training and follow company policies/OEC/Legal procedures.
- Meet HCIR credentialing requirements for facility entry (may include background checks, drug screens, immunization/vaccination proof).
Qualifications/Required:
- 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech.
- Oncology/hematology experience required; preferably Multiple Myeloma.
- Competitive selling skills; strong collaboration.
- Excellent organizational/analytical/problem-solving skills; persistency/grit.
- Driving: personal/company vehicle; valid driverβs license; pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe-driving requirements.
- Regular business travel.
Preferred:
- Multiple Myeloma/hematologic malignancies experience; Bachelorβs degree; Account Management; Specialty Pharmacy; healthcare/patient-facing experience; people/leadership experience; MBA/advanced degree.
