As a Chronic Care Specialty Sales Representative, you will drive patient impact as the primary contact for customers within your assigned territory and collaborate with Account Executives, Integrated Delivery Systems leaders, and other field colleagues to deliver patient-focused solutions.

Territory Assignment
- Field-based sales role covering the San Diego, CA territory.
- Overnight travel may be required about 25% of the time.

Position Overview
- Develop and manage relationships with specialty healthcare customers including cardiologists and other approved specialty physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, pharmacists, and office managers.
- Engage with physicians’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with company policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications.
- Conduct balanced, compliant product sales discussions aligned with product labeling.
- Provide management with regular updates on customer needs, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Be knowledgeable on headquarter approved information regarding approved products, disease, and marketplace.
- Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools.

Minimum Requirements
- S1: Bachelor’s (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with 0–3 years relevant experience in sales, marketing, military, or healthcare/scientific fields (e.g., pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices).
- S2: Bachelor’s (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years sales experience, or high school diploma with 6+ years relevant experience (as above).
- Analyze complex data to develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable using digital tools and platforms to engage healthcare professionals.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions and customer expectations.
- Demonstrated interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Work well independently and collaboratively; strong organization and time management.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reside in the territory or within 25 miles (metro) / 75 miles (non-metro); relocate at own expense if outside.

Preferred Experience and Skills
- Background in sales, account management, consultative roles, or customer service.
- Experience analyzing metrics; minimum of 3 years relevant sales experience.
- Cardiovascular sales experience with established relationships (cardiologists and endocrinologists).
- Experience launching products in competitive markets.
- Ability to simplify complex information and convey technical details clearly.
- Proficient in advanced analytics and comfortable using multi-channel tools/technology.
- Proactive learning mindset and agile growth mindset.
