Position: Cell Therapy Account Manager (field-based, covering Sacramento)
Responsibilities:
- Assess, cultivate, and manage customer relationships across assigned accounts to achieve commercial objectives for cellular therapy launches.
- Develop customized site-specific account plans and coordinate deployment of resources to meet customer needs and deliver a seamless, differentiated experience.
- Serve as main point of contact for designated accounts; collaborate cross-functionally to align stakeholders and field teams.
- Navigate complex account environments; identify stakeholder needs/issues and drive solutions.
- Regularly collaborate to support appropriate patient referrals to treatment centers.
- Maintain and continuously build disease and product knowledge.
- Gather customer insights and provide timely feedback on trends, competitive/therapeutic landscape, performance, issues, opportunities, and risks.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies governing cell therapy activities.
- Drive within territory by automobile (and occasionally travel by airplane).
Qualifications (Required):
- 7+ years sales/marketing/commercial experience; 5+ years in Hematology/Oncology.
- Key account management experience in large, complex accounts.
- Customer service orientation; quick, reliable, excellent follow-up.
- Partnering with leadership and cross-functional partners to implement account strategies.
- Technical expertise/business acumen; strong analytical/consulting/business planning skills.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Thorough understanding of U.S. compliance guidelines.
- Ability to work independently; travel up to 50%; valid driverโs license; Bachelorโs degree (or equivalent).

- Hospital sales; academic/community setting.
- Buy-and-bill reimbursement experience.
