Responsibilities:
- Assess, cultivate, and manage customer relationships across assigned accounts to achieve commercial objectives for cellular therapy launches.
- Develop customized site-specific account plans and coordinate deployment of resources for customer needs and a seamless, differentiated patient experience.
- Serve as main point of contact for designated accounts; collaborate with cross-functional partners to create an organized interface between stakeholders and field colleagues.
- Navigate complex account environments; understand stakeholder needs/issues and drive solutions.
- Collaborate to support appropriate patient referrals to treatment centers.
- Maintain and continuously develop disease and product knowledge.
- Gain customer insights and provide timely feedback on account trends, therapeutic landscape changes, performance, industry issues, opportunities, and risks.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies governing cell therapy activities.
- Travel as needed in assigned territory (automobile; some air travel).
Qualifications (Required):
- 7+ years sales/marketing/commercial experience; 5+ years in Hematology/Oncology.
- Key account management experience in large/complex accounts.
- Customer service orientation (responsive, reliable, excellent follow-up).
- Ability to partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to implement strategies.
- Technical expertise/business acumen; strong analytical/consulting/business planning skills.
- Excellent written/verbal communication with effective presentation skills.
- Thorough understanding of U.S. compliance guidelines.
- Independent work + travel up to 50%; valid driverโs license; Bachelorโs degree (or equivalent).
Qualifications (Preferred):
- Hospital sales and academic/community setting experience.
- Buy-and-bill reimbursement experience.
