Cell Therapy Account Manager (Field; covering Portland)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, cultivate, and manage customer relationships across assigned accounts to achieve commercial objectives for cellular therapy launches.
- Develop and maintain customized site-specific account plans, coordinating deployment of resources to meet customer needs and deliver a seamless, differentiated patient experience.
- Serve as main point of contact for designated accounts; collaborate cross-functionally to create a streamlined interface between account stakeholders and field-facing colleagues.
- Navigate complex account environments; understand stakeholder needs/issues at all levels and drive solutions.
- Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional partners to support referral of appropriate patients to treatment centers.
- Maintain and continuously develop disease and product-specific knowledge.
- Provide timely feedback to cross-functional partners and Area Business Manager on account trends, therapeutic landscape changes, performance, industry issues, opportunities, and risks.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies governing cell therapy activities.
- Drive within the assigned territory by automobile; occasional travel by airplane in some territories.
Required Qualifications / Experience:
- 7+ years of sales/marketing/commercial experience, including 5+ years in Hematology/Oncology.
- Key account management strategy in large, complex accounts; ability to identify influential stakeholders and better serve patients.
- Customer service orientation (quick responses, reliability, excellent follow-up).
- Ability to partner with leadership and cross-functional internal partners to implement account strategies.
- High technical expertise and business acumen.
- Strong analytical, consulting, and business planning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; effective presentation skills.
- Thorough understanding of U.S. compliance guidelines.
- Ability to work independently and travel as needed (up to 50%).
- Valid driverโs license.
- Bachelorโs degree (or equivalent).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in hospital sales; academic and community setting.
- Buy-and-bill reimbursement experience.

Compensation (explicitly stated):
- Field (United States): $171,360โ$207,648 (full-time FTE basis). Additional incentive cash and stock may be available (based on eligibility).
