Responsibilities:
- Assess, cultivate, and manage customer relationships across assigned accounts to achieve commercial objectives for cellular therapy launches.
- Develop and execute customized, site-specific account plans; coordinate deployment of resources for a seamless, differentiated patient experience.
- Serve as main point of contact for designated accounts; partner cross-functionally to connect account stakeholders with field colleagues.
- Navigate complex account environments; identify stakeholder needs/issues and drive to solutions.
- Collaborate to support appropriate patient referrals to treatment centers.
- Maintain and advance disease and product knowledge; gather customer insights and provide timely feedback on trends, performance, issues, opportunities, and risks.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies governing cell therapy activities.
- Travel within assigned territory by automobile; up to ~50% travel.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 7+ years sales/marketing/commercial experience; 5+ years Hematology/Oncology.
- Key account management experience in large, complex accounts and stakeholder identification.
- Customer-service oriented; reliable follow-up.
- Proven ability to partner with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Strong technical expertise, business acumen, analytical/consulting/business planning skills.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Thorough understanding of U.S. compliance guidelines.
- Valid driverโs license; Bachelorโs degree or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Hospital sales; academic/community settings.
- Buy-and-bill reimbursement experience.
