Key Responsibilities
- Assess, cultivate, and manage customer relationships across assigned accounts to achieve commercial objectives for cellular therapy launches.
- Develop customized site-specific account plans and coordinate deployment of resources to meet customer needs and ensure a seamless, differentiated patient experience.
- Serve as main point of contact for designated accounts; collaborate cross-functionally to streamline interactions between stakeholders and field colleagues.
- Navigate complex account environments; understand stakeholder needs/issues and drive solutions.
- Collaborate to support appropriate patient referrals to treatment centers.
- Maintain and continuously develop disease and product knowledge.
- Gain customer insights and provide timely feedback to cross-functional partners and Area Business Manager on trends, performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies governing cell therapy activities.
- Travel within assigned territory (automobile; sometimes by airplane).

Qualifications (Required)
- 7+ years sales/marketing/commercial experience; 5+ years in Hematology/Oncology.
- Key account management in large/complex accounts with influential stakeholder management.
- Customer service orientation; quick responses and excellent follow-up.
- Partner effectively with leadership and cross-functional partners to execute account strategies.
- High technical expertise/business acumen; strong analytical/consulting/business planning skills.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Thorough understanding of U.S. compliance guidelines.
- Ability to work independently; travel up to 50%; valid driverโ€™s license; Bachelorโ€™s degree (or equivalent).

Qualifications (Preferred)
- Hospital sales; academic/community setting experience.
- Buy-and-bill reimbursement experience.
