Cell Therapy Account Manager (Field-based; covers Long Island)
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, cultivate, and manage customer relationships across assigned accounts to achieve cellular therapy commercial objectives.
- Develop and execute customized site-specific account plans (deploy resources to meet customer needs; ensure seamless, differentiated patient experience).
- Serve as main point of contact for designated accounts; coordinate with cross-functional partners to streamline stakeholder interface.
- Navigate complex account environments; understand stakeholder needs/issues and drive solutions.
- Collaborate to support appropriate patient referrals to treatment centers.
- Maintain and continuously develop disease/product knowledge.
- Gather customer insights and provide timely feedback on trends, performance, therapeutic landscape, issues, opportunities, and risks.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies governing cell therapy activities.
Qualifications & Experience Required
- 7+ years sales/marketing/commercial experience; 5+ years in Hematology/Oncology.
- Key account management in large, complex accounts.
- Customer service orientation; ability to partner with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Technical expertise/business acumen; strong analytical/consulting/business planning skills.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Thorough understanding of U.S. compliance guidelines.
- Ability to travel (up to 50%); valid driverโs license; Bachelorโs degree (or equivalent).

- Hospital sales and academic/community settings.
- Buy-and-bill reimbursement experience.
