Position: Cell Therapy Account Manager (field-based; covering Long Island)
Responsibilities:
- Assess, cultivate, and manage customer relationships with multiple stakeholders to achieve commercial objectives for cellular therapy launches.
- Develop customized site-specific account plans and coordinate resource deployment to meet customer needs and deliver a seamless, differentiated patient experience.
- Serve as main point of contact for designated accounts; coordinate a streamlined interface between account stakeholders and field teams.
- Navigate complex account environments, identify stakeholder needs/issues, and drive solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support appropriate patient referrals to treatment centers.
- Maintain and expand disease and product knowledge.
- Gather customer insights and provide timely feedback on account trends, therapeutic landscape changes, performance, industry issues, and opportunities/risks.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies governing cell therapy activities.
- Drive within territory by automobile; may require up to 50% travel.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
- 7+ years sales/marketing/commercial experience; 5+ years Hematology/Oncology.
- Key account management in large, complex accounts; identify influential stakeholders.
- Customer-service oriented (responsive, reliable, excellent follow-up).
- Partnering ability with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Technical expertise, business acumen, analytical/consulting/business planning skills.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Thorough understanding of U.S. compliance guidelines.
- Valid driverโs license; Bachelorโs degree or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Hospital sales; academic/community settings.
- Buy-and-bill reimbursement experience.
