Cell Therapy Account Manager (Field; covering Jacksonville, FL)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, cultivate, and manage customer relationships across assigned accounts to achieve commercial objectives for cellular therapy launches.
- Develop and execute customized site-specific account plans; coordinate deployment of resources to meet customer needs and ensure a seamless, differentiated patient experience.
- Serve as main point of contact for designated CAR T treatment sites; collaborate with cross-functional partners to create a streamlined interface for stakeholders.
- Navigate complex account environments; understand stakeholder needs/issues and drive solutions.
- Collaborate to support appropriate patient referral to treatment centers.
- Maintain and grow disease and product knowledge; gather customer insights and provide timely feedback on trends, performance, industry issues, opportunities, and risks.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies governing cell therapy activities.
- Drive within the territory by automobile; travel as needed.
Qualifications (Required):
- 7+ years sales/marketing/commercial experience; 5+ years Hematology/Oncology.
- Key account management in large, complex accounts; customer service orientation.
- Partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams; technical expertise/business acumen.
- Analytical, consulting, and business planning skills.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Thorough understanding of U.S. compliance guidelines.
- Bachelorโs degree (or equivalent); valid driverโs license.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
Preferred:
- Hospital sales experience; academic/community settings.
- Buy-and-bill reimbursement experience.
