Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, cultivate, and manage customer relationships across assigned accounts to achieve commercial objectives for cellular therapy launches.
- Develop and execute customized site-specific account plans, coordinating deployment of resources to meet customer needs and deliver a seamless, differentiated patient experience.
- Serve as main point of contact for designated CAR T treatment sites; coordinate cross-functional interfaces between account stakeholders and field teams.
- Navigate complex account environments; identify stakeholder needs/issues and drive solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support appropriate patient referrals to treatment centers.
- Maintain and continuously develop disease and product knowledge; gain customer insights and provide timely feedback on trends, performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies governing cell therapy activities.
Qualifications (Required):
- 7+ years sales/marketing/commercial experience, including 5+ years in Hematology/Oncology.
- Key account management in large, complex accounts; customer service orientation.
- Ability to partner with leadership and cross-functional partners; technical expertise and business acumen.
- Strong analytical/consulting/business planning skills; excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Thorough understanding of U.S. compliance guidelines.
- Independent work; travel as needed (up to 50%); valid driver’s license; Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
Qualifications (Preferred):
- Hospital sales; academic/community settings.
- Buy-and-bill reimbursement experience.
