Position Summary
- Individual contributor responsible for achieving commercial success within treatment sites through account planning, execution, and collaboration to provide a seamless, differentiated patient experience.
- Main point of contact for CAR T treatment sites; leads development of site-specific account plans and coordinates deployment of resources tailored to customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess, cultivate, and manage customer relationships across stakeholders in assigned accounts to achieve commercial objectives for cellular therapy launches.
- Develop customized, site-specific account plans coordinating resource deployment to meet customer needs and ensure a seamless, differentiated customer experience.
- Serve as main point of contact for designated accounts; collaborate with cross-functional partners to create a streamlined interface between account stakeholders and field colleagues.
- Navigate complex account environments; understand stakeholder needs/issues and drive solutions.
- Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional partners to support referral of appropriate patients to treatment centers.
- Maintain and continuously develop disease and product-specific knowledge.
- Gather customer insights and provide timely feedback on account trends, therapeutic landscape changes, performance, issues, opportunities, and risks.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies governing cell therapy activities.
- Drive within assigned territory by automobile; travel may include airplane in some territories.

Qualifications & Experience Required
- 7+ years of sales/marketing/commercial experience, including 5+ years in Hematology/Oncology.
- Key account management strategy in large/complex accounts; identify influential stakeholders; serve patients.
- Customer service orientation (quick responses, reliability, excellent follow-up).
- Ability to partner with leadership and cross-functional partners to implement key account strategies.
- Technical expertise and business acumen.
- Strong analytical, consulting, and business planning skills.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and effective presentation skills.
- Thorough understanding of U.S. compliance guidelines.
- Ability to work independently and travel as needed (up to 50%).
- Valid driverโ€™s license.
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (or equivalent).

Qualifications & Experience Preferred
- Experience in hospital sales and academic/community settings.
- Buy-and-bill reimbursement experience.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Field (United States): $171,360โ€“$207,648.
