Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, cultivate, and manage customer relationships across assigned accounts to achieve commercial objectives for cellular therapy launches.
- Develop customized site-specific account plans; coordinate deployment of resources to meet customer needs and ensure a seamless, differentiated patient experience.
- Serve as main point of contact for designated accounts; coordinate cross-functional partners and field colleagues.
- Navigate complex account environments; understand stakeholder needs/issues and drive solutions.
- Collaborate on and communicate to support appropriate patient referrals to treatment centers.
- Maintain and continuously develop disease and product knowledge.
- Gain customer insights and provide timely feedback on trends, therapeutic landscape changes, performance, industry issues, opportunities, and risks.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies governing cell therapy activities.
- Travel within assigned territory (drive; occasional airplane travel).
Qualifications (Required):
- 7+ years sales/marketing/commercial experience; 5+ years Hematology/Oncology.
- Key account management experience in large, complex accounts and ability to work with influential stakeholders.
- Customer-service oriented; quick response and reliable follow-up.
- Partner effectively with leadership and cross-functional partners to implement account strategies.
- Strong technical expertise/business acumen; analytical/consulting/planning skills.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Thorough understanding of U.S. compliance guidelines.
- Independent work and travel up to 50%; valid driverโs license; Bachelorโs degree or equivalent.
