Responsibilities:
- Assess, cultivate, and manage customer relationships across stakeholders within assigned accounts to achieve commercial objectives for cellular therapy launches.
- Develop customized site-specific account plans, coordinating deployment of resources to meet customer needs and deliver a seamless, differentiated patient experience.
- Serve as main point of contact for designated accounts; coordinate a streamlined interface between account stakeholders and field teams.
- Navigate complex account environments; identify stakeholder needs/issues and drive solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support patient referrals to treatment centers.
- Maintain and continuously develop disease and product knowledge.
- Gather customer insights and provide timely feedback on trends, performance, industry issues, opportunities, and risks.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies governing cell therapy activities.
- Travel within territory by automobile; occasional airplane travel.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years sales/marketing/commercial experience, including 5+ years in Hematology/Oncology.
- Key account management in large, complex accounts and stakeholder identification.
- Customer service orientation (responsive, reliable, strong follow-up).
- Partner effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams to implement account strategies.
- High technical expertise and business acumen; strong analytical/consulting/business planning skills.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Thorough understanding of U.S. compliance guidelines.
- Work independently; travel up to 50%; valid driverโs license.
- Bachelorโs degree or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Hospital sales; academic and community setting experience.
- Buy-and-bill reimbursement experience.
