Case Manager - Rare Disease - BKEMV- West Coast Remote

Role: Case Manager responsible for patient access and reimbursement support in biopharmaceutical context, ensuring therapy access and adherence. Responsibilities: manage insurance approvals, reauthorizations, and patient support programs; collaborate with RBMs, PALs, MSLs, pharmacy, and medical teams; report adverse events and product issues; maintain detailed case histories and track reimbursement status; troubleshoot billing and authorization hurdles; counsel patients and families on insurance options and financial assistance; analyze adherence trends and report on patient status and reimbursement metrics; oversee Open Enrollment efforts. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (preferred) or relevant experience (minimum 6-8 years in case management or pharma); 2+ years of industry experience (preferred); excellent communication and customer service skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; up to 20% travel.
