Role Overview:
- Support financial planning and analysis (FP&A) in a fast-paced environment; collaborate closely with business teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze complex financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Perform variance analysis and identify trends to assess performance and key result drivers.
- Develop and maintain financial models for strategic planning, scenario analysis, and investment evaluation.
- Partner with business units and senior management to provide financial guidance and support strategic initiatives.
- Improve financial processes, systems, and reporting to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support month-end close activities with the accounting team (as requested).
- Assist with documentation and internal audits to help ensure compliance and adherence to controls.
- Other analytical and reporting tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Mathematical/analytical progression certification/qualification.
- 3–5 years progressive finance or accounting experience.
- FP&A or business partnering experience in a matrix environment.
- Prior life sciences industry experience (preferred).
- Knowledge of SOX financial controls on accounting and reporting processes (preferred).
- Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI; financial planning software experience a plus.
- Strong quantitative/analytical skills; ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication/presentation/interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of business/financial drivers and financial statement/deep-dive analysis.
- Experience with continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, and project management.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with financial software/tools, including ERP and advanced Excel; S4 Hana and OneStream experience a plus.

Pay Range (base): $75,972–$99,713 USD.
