Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve account challenges with tailored solutions.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Leverage territory data and market trends to uncover local insights and lead customer engagements (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate stakeholder planning sessions to solve complex issues across functions.
- Provide real-time access support and work closely with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
- Use digital tools and omnichannel strategies to personalize outreach (virtual and face-to-face).
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree.
- Experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare (or similarly complex environments) with large, geographically dispersed sales teams within last 5 years.
- Proven success selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Self-starter with strong analytic/problem-solving skills and ethical/compliance leadership.
- Live within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60โ80%; valid driverโs license.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or HCP medical calling.
Driving is essential (must have unrestricted valid driverโs license).
Field roles: complete initial training (home study up to 8 hrs/day; 40 hrs/week).
