Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve account challenges with tailored solutions.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use knowledge of the market/competition and cross-functional dynamics to anticipate and respond with agility.
- Leverage territory data and market trends to generate pull-through and lead customer engagements (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex problems across functions.
- Provide real-time access support and coordinate with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
- Use digital tools and omnichannel strategies to personalize outreach (virtual and face-to-face).

Qualifications (Essential):
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare or similarly structured industries with geographically dispersed sales teams (within last 5 years). Associate level may apply with limited sales experience.
- Proven record selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Self-starter with strong analytics and ethical, compliant leadership.
- Reside in territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license.

Desirable:
- Experience across therapeutic areas/disease states, account strategy, and new product launches.
- Understanding of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or HCP medical calling.

Driving is essential.

For Field Roles with Dedicated Training: complete initial training/home study (≀8 hours/day; ≀40 hours/week).
