Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve account challenges with tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan that drives product demand and improves patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Analyze territory data and trends to uncover local insights and lead customer engagements (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex problems across functions.
- Provide real-time access support and work closely with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach.
Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5 years’ experience (or per level) in pharma/biotech/healthcare or similarly complex sales environments; Associate level: limited sales experience acceptable.
- Proven track record selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills with ethical leadership and compliance mindset.
- Reside in territory (or within 50 miles of territory border); travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license.
Desirable:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.
Additional:
- Driving is essential; must have an unrestricted driver’s license.
- Field roles with training: complete initial training including home study (≤8 hours/day, ≤40 hours/week).
