Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve account challenges with tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Build a strategic territory plan aligned to shared priorities to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to provide access support.
- Use market/competitive knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Leverage territory data and market trends to uncover local insights and drive customer engagement (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex problems and collaborate across functions.
- Provide real-time access support in partnership with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Use digital tools and omnichannel strategies to personalize outreach and engage customers virtually and in person.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5 years’ experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare or similarly complex industries with geographically dispersed sales teams (Associate level: limited sales experience acceptable).
- Proven high performance selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Analytical self-starter who applies relevant information and demonstrates ethical leadership/compliance.
- Reside within territory or within a 50-mile commuting distance of territory border; travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.
