Cardiovascular Territory Account Specialist – Kansas City, KS

Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve account challenges with tailored solutions.
- Build a strategic territory plan aligned to shared priorities to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive and cross-functional knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Use territory data and market trends to identify local insights and lead customer engagements (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate stakeholder planning sessions to solve complex problems and collaborate across functions.
- Provide real-time access support and work with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for seamless customer experience.
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies for personalized outreach (virtual and face-to-face).

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare (or similarly complex sales) with large, geographically dispersed sales teams within last 5 years; associate-level welcomes limited prior sales experience.
- Proven high performance selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Self-starter with analytic/problem-solving skills and ethical compliance leadership.
- Reside in territory or within 50 miles of border; travel 60–80%; must have valid driver’s license.

Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement and/or medical calling on HCPs.
