Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Use territory data and market trends to uncover local insights and lead impactful customer engagements (virtual/in-person).
- Facilitate planning sessions with stakeholders to address complex issues across functions.
- Provide real-time access support and partner closely with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach (virtual and face-to-face).
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
- 4+ years (per leveling) experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare or similar complex sales with large, geographically dispersed teams (last 5 years); Associate level may consider limited sales experience.
- Proven high-performance track record selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Self-starter with strong analytic/problem-solving skills; ethical leadership and compliance mindset.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.
