Role Responsibilities:
- Drives sales in assigned territory.
- Engages with customers face to face and virtually.
- Develops and implements effective business and territory call plans; identifies and implements live/virtual engagement strategies.
- Builds rapport and relationships in live and virtual environments; maintains customer engagement using existing and ever-changing digital tools.
- Uses internal reports and analytics to identify, develop, and implement strategic business opportunities.
- Compliantly leverages product and disease state knowledge to educate providers on unbranded and branded product value propositions; uses approved clinically oriented disease state information and patient resources as applicable.
- Collaborates across the organization to address customer inquiries and advance Pfizer objectives.
- Completes all administrative expectations on time and compliantly.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree.
- Minimum 2 years of professional sales/promotional activity, or small business ownership/entrepreneurial/marketing/customer service/account management; or relevant healthcare/scientific role (e.g., RN, pharmacist, PT, OT); or educator (e.g., teacher/principal); or full-time military experience.
- Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory.
- Valid US driverβs license with compliant driving record; DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation within past 7 years disqualifies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year pharmaceutical/biotech/medical sales and/or medical marketing.
- Strong track record of sales/marketing and territory management; communications; teamwork/leadership/accountability.
- Experience with applicable disease states/therapeutic area/products and knowledge of posted territory customers/markets.
- Reside within territory boundaries.

Benefits/Compensation (as stated):
- Annual base salary range: $76,000β$199,600; quarterly Sales Incentive bonus; 401(k) with Pfizer matching; paid vacation/holidays/personal days; paid caregiver/parental and medical leave; medical/dental/vision coverage.
