Role Responsibilities:
- Drives sales in assigned territory.
- Engages with customers face-to-face and virtually.
- Develops and implements business/territory call plans; identifies and executes live/virtual engagement strategies.
- Builds and maintains rapport and relationships; uses digital tools to sustain engagement.
- Uses internal reports and analytics to identify, develop, and implement strategic business opportunities.
- Uses product and disease-state knowledge to educate providers on value propositions for relevant patient populations; uses approved disease-state information and patient resources as applicable.
- Collaborates across the organization to address customer inquiries and advance Pfizer objectives.
- Completes administrative expectations on time and compliantly.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum experience: 2+ years in professional sales/promotional activity, small business/entrepreneurship/marketing/customer service/account management, relevant healthcare/scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT), educator roles, or full-time military experience (or Associate’s degree with 6+ years; or high school diploma/equivalent with 8+ years).
- Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory.
- Valid US driver’s license; no DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation within past 7 years.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year in pharmaceutical/biotech/medical sales and/or medical-related marketing.
- Track record of sales/marketing success, territory management, communication, teamwork, leadership, accountability.
- Disease-state/therapeutic area/product experience; knowledge of territory customers/markets.
- Resides within territory boundaries.
Benefits/Compensation (as stated):
- Annual base salary range: $76,000–$199,600; quarterly Sales Incentive bonus; 401(k) with matching and additional retirement contribution; paid vacation/holidays/personal days; paid caregiver/parental and medical leave; medical, dental, vision.
