Role Responsibilities:
- Drives sales in assigned territory.
- Engages with customers face to face and virtually.
- Develops and implements business and territory call plans; identifies live/virtual engagement strategies.
- Builds rapport and relationships using digital tools to maintain customer engagement.
- Uses internal reports/analytics to identify and implement strategic business opportunities.
- Leverages product and disease-state knowledge to educate providers on unbranded and branded value propositions using approved resources.
- Collaborates compliantly across the organization to address customer inquiries and advance objectives.
- Completes all administrative expectations on time and compliantly.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience (or associate’s degree with 6+ years; or high school diploma with 8+ years).
- Experience in professional sales/promotional activity, small business ownership/entrepreneurial work, marketing, customer service/account management, healthcare/scientific roles (e.g., RN/pharmacist/PT/OT), educator roles, or full-time military experience.
- Must live within 25 miles of the territory border.
- Valid US driver’s license and compliant driving record; DUI/DWI/impaired driving citation within past 7 years disqualifies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year pharmaceutical/biotech/medical sales or medical-related marketing.
- Track record of sales/marketing success; territory management; strong communications; teamwork/leadership/accountability.
- Experience with relevant disease states/therapeutic area/products; knowledge of territory customers/markets; reside within territory boundaries.
Benefits/Compensation (as stated):
- Base salary range: $76,000–$199,600; quarterly sales incentive bonus. Includes 401(k) with match, paid time off, caregiver/parental and medical leave, and medical/dental/vision coverage.
