Role Responsibilities:
- Drive sales in assigned territory.
- Engage with customers face-to-face and virtually.
- Develop and implement effective business/territory call plans; identify live/virtual engagement strategies.
- Build and maintain customer relationships; use existing and evolving digital tools to support engagement.
- Use internal reports and analytics to identify and implement strategic business opportunities.
- Apply product and disease-state knowledge to educate providers on approved value propositions and resources.
- Collaborate compliantly across the organization to address customer inquiries and advance Pfizer objectives.
- Complete administrative expectations on time and compliantly.
Basic Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree.
- OR minimum 2 years relevant experience (or associate’s + 6+ years; OR high school + 8+ years).
- Experience in professional sales/promotional activity; small business owner/entrepreneurship; marketing; customer service/account management; relevant healthcare/scientific roles (e.g., RN, pharmacist, PT/OT); educator; or full-time military experience.
- Live within 25 miles of the border of the territory.
- Valid US driver’s license; compliant driving record (DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation within past 7 years disqualifies).
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year pharmaceutical/biotech/medical sales or medical marketing.
- Proven sales/marketing success, territory management, communications, teamwork/leadership/accountability.
- Experience with relevant disease states/therapeutic area/products and knowledge of territory customers/markets.
Benefits/Compensation & Application:

- Base salary range: $76,000–$199,600; quarterly Sales Incentive bonus.
- Overtime applies during initial new hire sales training; overtime-exempt after certification.
