Role Responsibilities:
- Drive sales in assigned territory.
- Engage with customers face to face and virtually.
- Develop and implement effective business/territory call plans; identify and execute live/virtual engagement strategies.
- Build rapport and maintain customer engagement using digital tools.
- Use internal reports/analytics to identify and implement strategic business opportunities.
- Compliantly educate providers on unbranded/branded product value and relevant disease state information/resources.
- Collaborate across the organization to address customer inquiries and advance objectives.
- Complete administrative expectations on time and compliantly.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience (or associate’s degree + 6+ years; or high school + 8+ years) in: Professional Sales/Promotional Activity; Small Business Owner/entrepreneurial, Marketing, Customer Service and/or Account Management; or relevant healthcare/scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT/OT); Educator; or full-time military.
- Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory.
- Valid US driver’s license; DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation within past 7 years disqualifies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year pharmaceutical/biotech/medical sales and/or medical marketing.
- Strong sales/marketing track record, territory management, communications, teamwork, leadership, accountability.
- Experience with relevant disease states/therapeutic area/products; knowledge of territory customers/markets.
- Reside within territory boundaries.

- Base salary: $76,000–$199,600; quarterly Sales Incentive bonus.
- New-hire training: salary non-exempt (overtime-eligible) then overtime exempt.
