Role Responsibilities:
- Drive sales in assigned territory.
- Engage customers face-to-face and virtually.
- Develop and implement business/territory call plans; identify and execute live/virtual engagement strategies.
- Build rapport and maintain customer engagement using digital tools.
- Use internal reports/analytics to identify and implement strategic business opportunities.
- Apply product and disease-state knowledge to educate providers on value proposition for relevant patients using approved resources.
- Collaborate compliantly with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries.
- Complete administrative expectations on time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience OR Associate’s degree with 6+ years OR High school diploma/equivalent with 8+ years in: Professional Sales/Promotional Activity; small business owner/entrepreneurial/marketing/customer service/account management; healthcare/scientific roles (RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT, etc.); educator; or full-time military experience.
- Must live within 25 miles of the territory border; valid US driver’s license and compliant driving record (DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation within past 7 years disqualifies).
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year pharmaceutical/biotech/medical sales and/or medical marketing.
- Track record in sales/marketing, territory management, communications, teamwork, leadership, accountability.
- Disease-state/therapeutic area/product experience; knowledge of territory customers/markets.
