Role: Cardiology (CARD) Health & Science Professional (HSP)

Responsibilities:
- Drive sales in assigned territory.
- Engage customers face-to-face and virtually.
- Develop and implement business/territory call plans and live/virtual engagement strategies.
- Build rapport and maintain customer engagement using digital tools for successful in-person/virtual interactions.
- Use internal reports and analytics to identify, develop, and implement strategic business opportunities.
- Apply product and disease-state knowledge to educate providers on unbranded/branded value propositions and approved clinically oriented resources.
- Collaborate across the organization to address customer inquiries and advance Pfizer objectives.
- Complete administrative requirements on time and compliantly.

Qualifications (Basic):
- Bachelor’s degree; or Associate’s degree + 6+ years; or High school diploma + 8+ years.
- 2+ years (or equivalent) experience in: Professional Sales/Promotional Activity; Small Business Owner/Entrepreneurial, Marketing, Customer Service and/or Account Management; Healthcare/Scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT); Educator (e.g., Teacher, Principal); or Full-time Military experience.
- Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory.
- Valid US driver’s license; no DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation within past 7 years.

Qualifications (Preferred):
- 1 year of pharmaceutical/biotech/medical sales and/or medical-related marketing.
- Sales/marketing and territory management success; strong communications, teamwork, leadership, accountability.
- Experience with relevant disease states/therapeutic area/products; knowledge of territory customers/markets.
- Reside within territory boundaries.

Benefits/Pay & Other Details:

- Annual base salary: $76,000–$199,600; quarterly Sales Incentive bonus.
- Initial training: salary non-exempt (overtime eligible); after certification: overtime exempt.
