Role Summary
- CARD Health & Science Professional (HSP) responsible for increasing territory sales and developing relationships with assigned customers/accounts through product promotion and business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales in assigned territory.
- Engage customers face-to-face and virtually.
- Build/implement business and territory call plans; identify live/virtual engagement strategies.
- Build rapport in live/virtual environments; use digital tools to maintain engagement.
- Use internal reports/analytics to identify and implement strategic business opportunities.
- Use product and disease-state knowledge to educate providers on approved unbranded/branded value propositions and related resources.
- Collaborate across the organization to address customer inquiries and advance business objectives.
- Complete administrative requirements on time and compliantly.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience (or associate’s + 6+ years; or high school + 8+ years) in: Professional Sales/Promotional Activity; entrepreneurship/marketing/customer service/account management; healthcare/scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT); educator; or full-time military.
- Live within 25 miles of territory border.
- Valid US driver’s license; no DUI/DWI/impaired driving citations within past 7 years.
Preferred:
- 1 year pharmaceutical/biotech/medical sales and/or medical marketing.
- Sales/marketing success; strong territory management and communications; teamwork/leadership/accountability.
- Experience with relevant disease states/therapeutic area/products.
- Knowledge of territory customers/markets; reside within territory boundaries.
Benefits/Comp & Application
- Base salary range: $76,000–$199,600; quarterly Sales Incentive bonus.
- Overtime status changes after training certification.
