Role: Cardiology (CARD) Health & Science Professional (HSP)
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales in assigned territory.
- Engage with customers face-to-face and virtually.
- Develop and implement business/territory call plans and live/virtual engagement strategies.
- Build and maintain customer relationships using digital tools for effective engagement.
- Use internal reports/analytics to identify and develop strategic business opportunities.
- Use product and disease-state knowledge to educate providers on value propositions for relevant patient populations using approved resources.
- Collaborate across the organization to address customer inquiries and advance business objectives.
- Complete all administrative expectations on time and compliantly.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree.
- Minimum 2 yearsโ experience in: professional sales/promotional activity; small business owner/entrepreneurial/marketing/customer service/account management; relevant healthcare/scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT/OT); educator (e.g., Teacher, Principal); or full-time military experience.
- Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory.
- Valid US driverโs license and compliant driving record; DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation within past 7 years disqualifies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year pharmaceutical/biotech/medical sales or medical-related marketing.
- Sales/marketing success, territory management, communications, teamwork/leadership/accountability.
- Experience with applicable disease states/therapeutic area/products.
Benefits/Compensation (explicit): Base salary $76,000โ$199,600; quarterly Sales Incentive bonus; 401(k) w/ matching; paid vacation/holidays/personal days; caregiver/parental and medical leave; medical/dental/vision.
