Position Overview
- Develop and manage relationships with a diverse range of health care customers, engaging with physicians’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the company’s portfolio.
- Conduct balanced, compliant product sales discussions aligned with product labeling.
- Provide customers key insights using approved promotional materials.
- Provide management regular updates on customer needs, patient health outcomes, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Deliver key insights based on ongoing professional knowledge and market trends.
- Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- S1: BA/BS, or high school diploma/equivalent with 0–3 years relevant experience.
- S2: BA/BS, or high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years sales experience or at least 6 years relevant experience.
- Analyze complex data to develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable using digital tools/platforms to engage healthcare professionals.
- Flexible/adaptable to changing market conditions and customer expectations.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills; proven success in educational/professional environments.
- Independent, highly organized/time-managed; collaborative.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reside in Terre Haute, IN area; must live within 50 miles.
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Background in sales/account management/consultative roles/customer service.
- Experience analyzing metrics toward goals.
- Minimum 3 years relevant sales experience.
- Experience launching products in competitive markets.
- Ability to simplify complex information and convey technical details clearly.
- Proficient in advanced analytics; comfortable with multi-channel tools/technology.
