Territory: Field-based sales covering Terre Haute, IN and surrounding areas (Bloomington, IN; Terre Haute, IN; Greenwood, IN; Columbus, IN; Franklin, IN). Overnight travel ~25% as needed. Candidate must reside in territory or within 25 miles (metro) / 75 miles (non-metro); otherwise willing to relocate at own expense.

Position Overview
Develop/manage healthcare customer relationships (cardiologists, primary care, and other HCPs). Engage with physiciansโ€™ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with company policies/ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications.
- Conduct balanced, compliant product sales discussions aligned to product labeling.
- Provide management updates on customer needs, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Use headquarter-approved information on products, disease, and marketplace.
- Monitor performance vs. objectives using company tools.

Qualifications
Minimum: S1โ€”BA/BS or HS + 0โ€“3 years relevant experience; S2โ€”BA/BS or HS + 3+ years sales (or HS + 6+ years relevant). Analyze complex data; use digital tools; adaptable; proven interpersonal/analytical/communication skills; strong org/time management; build/maintain customer relationships; valid driverโ€™s license.
Preferred: sales/account management/consultative/customer service background; 3+ years relevant sales; cardiovascular sales with cardiologist/endocrinologist relationships; launch experience; simplify complex technical info; advanced analytics; multi-channel tools; proactive agile learning.
