Cardiovascular Disease Specialist β field-based sales role covering the St. Louis, MO territory and surrounding areas (overnight travel may be ~25%).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications.
- Conduct balanced, compliant sales discussions with healthcare providers and professionals, aligning needs with products per labeling.
- Provide management updates on customer needs, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Use headquarter-approved information on approved products, disease, and marketplace.
- Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools.
Qualifications:
- S1: BA/BS or high school diploma/equivalent with 0β3 years relevant experience (sales/marketing/military or healthcare/scientific fields such as pharma/biotech/medical devices).
- S2: BA/BS or high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years sales experience (or 6+ years relevant experience).
- Analyze complex data; develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable using digital tools to engage healthcare professionals.
- Adaptable to market and customer changes.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, communication skills; works independently and collaboratively.
- Valid driverβs license.
- Live in territory/within 25 miles (metro) or 75 miles (non-metro), or be willing to relocate at own expense.
Preferred:
- Sales/account management/consultative/customer service background.
- Experience analyzing metrics; minimum 3 years relevant sales.
- Cardiovascular sales experience with cardiologists/endocrinologists.
- Product launch experience; ability to simplify technical information.
- Advanced analytics and multi-channel tool use; proactive learning/agile growth mindset.
