Job Title: Cardiovascular Disease Specialist

Territory Assignment
- Field-based sales role covering Southern Illinois (Springfield, O’Fallon, Belleville, Mount Vernon, Carbondale, Marion, Effingham and surrounding areas).
- Overnight travel may be required ~25% to support client meetings and ensure territory coverage.

Position Overview
- Develop and manage relationships with cardiologists, primary care, and other healthcare professionals.
- Engage with physicians’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with company policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications.
- Conduct balanced, compliant product sales discussions aligned to product labeling.
- Provide management updates on customer needs, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Monitor performance against objectives using company tools.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with 0–3 years (S1) or 3+ years sales experience / 6+ years relevant experience (S2).
- Analyze complex data to develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable with digital tools for engaging healthcare professionals.
- Flexible/adaptable; strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Independently organized with solid time management; valid driver’s license.
- Reside in territory or within 25 miles (metro) / 75 miles (non-metro), or be willing to relocate at own expense.

Preferred Experience/Skills
- Sales/account management/consultative or customer service background; 3+ years relevant sales.
- Cardiovascular sales experience with cardiologist and endocrinologist relationships.
- Experience launching products; ability to simplify complex technical information.
- Advanced analytics and multi-channel tools.
