Territory/Role: Field-based sales role covering the Southern GA territory (overnight travel ~25% as needed).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with company policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the companyβs portfolio.
- Conduct balanced, compliant product sales discussions aligned with product labeling.
- Provide customers key insights using approved promotional materials.
- Provide management updates on customer needs, patient health outcomes, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Deliver insights to customers based on professional knowledge and market trends.
- Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools.
Minimum Requirements:
- S1: BA/BS, or high school diploma/equivalent with 0β3 years relevant experience.
- S2: BA/BS, or high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years sales experience (or 6+ years relevant experience).
- Analyze complex data to develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable using digital tools/platforms to engage healthcare professionals.
- Adaptable to changing market conditions and customer expectations.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively; strong organization and time management.
- Valid driverβs license.
- Reside in Southern GA and within 50 miles.
Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Background in sales/account management/consultative roles/customer service.
- Experience analyzing metrics; minimum 3 years relevant sales experience.
- Product launch experience; ability to simplify complex/technical information.
- Proficient in advanced analytics; comfortable with multi-channel tools.
- Proactive learning and agile growth mindset.
