Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications.
- Conduct compliant product sales discussions with health care providers and business professionals according to product labeling.
- Provide customers key insights using approved promotional materials.
- Provide management updates on customer needs, patient outcomes, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Deliver insights to customers based on professional knowledge and market trends.
- Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools.
Qualifications
- S1: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with 0–3 years relevant experience (sales/marketing/military or healthcare/scientific fields such as pharma, biotech, or medical devices).
- S2: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years sales experience (or 6+ years relevant experience).
- Ability to analyze complex data to develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable using digital tools to engage health care professionals.
- Flexible/adaptable; strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong independent and team-oriented work; excellent organization/time management.
- Valid driver’s license; reside in Pittsburgh, PA within 50 miles.
Preferred Experience/Skills
- Sales/account management/consultative/customer service background; 3+ years relevant sales.
- Experience analyzing metrics, launching products, and using advanced analytics/multi-channel tools.
Benefits/Pay (as stated)
- Eligible for Sales Incentive Plan and company car; Salary: S1 $79,200–$124,700; S2 $106,200–$167,200.
