Territory: Field-based sales role covering the Memphis, TN territory (overnight travel ~25%; specific travel needs discussed in interview). Must reside in Memphis, TN and within 50 miles.

Position Overview / Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with a diverse range of healthcare customers (physicians’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, hospital clinics).
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with company policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and required certifications for the portfolio.
- Conduct balanced and compliant product sales discussions aligned with customer needs and product labeling.
- Provide customers key insights using company-approved promotional materials and current professional/healthcare environment knowledge.
- Provide management regular updates on customer needs, patient health outcomes, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Deliver key insights to customers based on professional knowledge and market trends.
- Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools to support planning and sales impact.

Minimum Requirements:
- S1: Bachelor’s (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with 0–3 years relevant experience (e.g., sales/marketing, military, or healthcare/scientific fields such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical devices).
- S2: Bachelor’s (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years sales experience, or high school diploma with at least 6 years relevant experience.
- Able to analyze complex data and leverage insights to develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable using digital tools/platforms to engage with healthcare professionals.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing market and customer expectations.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills; proven track record.
- Works well independently and collaboratively; strong organization and time management.
- Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Background in sales, account management, consultative roles, or customer service.
- Experience analyzing metrics; minimum of 3 years relevant sales experience.
- Experience launching products and succeeding in competitive markets.
- Ability to simplify complex information and convey technical details.
- Proficient in advanced analytics; comfortable with multi-channel tools/technology.
- Proactive learning approach and agile growth mindset.

Compensation/Benefits (if offered):
