Position Overview
- Develop and manage relationships with a diverse range of healthcare customers.
- Regularly engage with physicians’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with company policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the company’s portfolio.
- Conduct balanced, compliant product sales discussions with healthcare providers and business professionals based on product labeling.
- Provide customers with key insights using the company’s approved promotional materials.
- Provide management with regular updates on customer needs, patient health outcomes, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Deliver key insights based on professional knowledge and market trends.
- Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools to support effective planning and sales impact.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- S1: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with 0–3 years relevant experience (e.g., professional sales, marketing, military service, or roles in healthcare/scientific fields such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical devices).
- S2: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years sales experience, or at least 6 years relevant experience (as above).
- Able to analyze complex data and leverage insights to develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable using digital tools and platforms to engage with healthcare professionals.
- Flexible/adaptable to changing market conditions and customer expectations.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reside in Hartford, CT area; must reside within 50 miles.

Preferred Experience and Skills
- Background in sales, account management, consultative roles, or customer service.
- Experience analyzing metrics to evaluate progress toward goals.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant sales experience.
- Experience launching products and succeeding in competitive markets.
- Ability to simplify complex information and convey technical details clearly.
- Proficient with advanced analytics and multi-channel tools to generate insights and expand sales impact.
- Proactive learning approach and agile growth mindset.

Benefits / Compensation
- Sales Incentive Plan eligibility and company car.
- Salary range: S1 $79,200–$124,700; S2 $106,200–$167,200.
