Position Overview
- Field-based sales role covering Green Bay, WI territory (overnight travel may be required ~25%).
- Develop and manage relationships with healthcare customers across physicians’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with company policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications.
- Conduct balanced, compliant sales discussions aligned with product labeling.
- Provide customers key insights using approved promotional materials.
- Provide management updates on customer needs, patient health outcomes, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Deliver insights based on professional knowledge and market trends.
- Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools.

Minimum Requirements
- S1: BA/BS or high school diploma/equivalent with 0–3 years relevant experience; S2: BA/BS or high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years sales experience or 6+ years relevant experience.
- Ability to analyze complex data to develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable using digital tools to engage healthcare professionals.
- Flexible/adaptable; strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Independent and collaborative; strong organizational/time management.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reside within 50 miles of Green Bay, WI.

Preferred Experience/Skills
- Sales, account management, consultative, or customer service background; product launch experience; advanced analytics/metrics experience.

Salary Range
- S1: $79,200–$124,700; S2: $106,200–$167,200.
