Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan.
- Maintain current product knowledge and required certifications.
- Conduct balanced, compliant sales discussions aligned to product labeling.
- Provide customers key insights using approved promotional materials.
- Provide management updates on customer needs, patient outcomes, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Deliver customer insights based on professional knowledge and market trends.
- Monitor business performance vs. objectives using company tools.

Qualifications (Minimum):
- S1: BA/BS or high school diploma/equivalent with 0–3 years relevant experience (sales, marketing, military, healthcare/scientific fields such as pharmaceuticals/biotech/medical devices).
- S2: BA/BS or high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years sales experience (or at least 6 years relevant work experience as above).
- Analyze complex data to develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable using digital tools to engage healthcare professionals.
- Adaptable to changing market conditions and customer expectations.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills; works independently and collaboratively.
- Valid driver’s license; reside in Fresno, CA within 50 miles.

Preferred:
- Background in sales/account management/consultative roles/customer service.
- Experience analyzing metrics; product launches; advanced analytics; simplifying complex technical information; multi-channel tools; 3+ years relevant sales.

Compensation:
- S1: $79,200–$124,700; S2: $106,200–$167,200.
