Position Overview
- Develop and manage relationships with diverse health care customers across physicians’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with company policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the company’s portfolio.
- Conduct balanced, compliant product sales discussions with health care providers and business professionals based on product labeling.
- Provide customers with key insights using approved promotional materials and current professional/health care environment knowledge.
- Provide management with regular updates on customer needs, patient health outcomes, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Deliver key insights to customers based on professional knowledge and market trends.
- Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools to support planning and sales impact.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- S1: Bachelor’s (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with 0–3 years relevant experience (e.g., professional sales, marketing, military, or roles in healthcare/science such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical devices).
- S2: Bachelor’s (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years sales experience, or high school diploma with 6+ years relevant experience (examples as above).
- Ability to analyze complex data to develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfort using digital tools/platforms to engage health care professionals.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions and customer expectations.
- Proven interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Works well independently (organizational/time management) and collaboratively.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Reside in Central, PA; must live within 50 miles of the territory.

Preferred Experience and Skills
- Background in sales, account management, consultative roles, or customer service.
- Experience analyzing metrics to evaluate progress toward goals.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant sales experience.
- Experience launching products and succeeding in competitive markets.
- Ability to simplify complex information and convey technical details clearly.
- Proficient with advanced analytics to generate customer insights and drive sales.
- Comfortable leveraging multi-channel tools/technology.
- Proactive learning and agile growth mindset.

- Eligible for Sales Incentive Plan and company car.

Compensation Range (as stated)
- S1: $79,200.00–$124,700.00
- S2: $106,200.00–$167,200.00
